We liked this hotel: staff and location were all amazing. The room was huge with a fireplace and had coffee and closet space.

The place was fairly clean and inexpensive, had polite staff with a manager.

It is inexpensive cheap venue, it offers very clean pool and the location is fab on honeymoon island.

The view was great and the staff were superbly friendly! The bed was extremely comfy, and overall non-smoking room! Everything was great as expected, even so the bathroom was really small. We loved this place.

Relaxing and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were knowledgeable, and it had unbeatable location so close to "river ". Exceptionally comfortable bed, beautiful and non-smoking room. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it was clean. Lobby was nice.

Rooms were bright and inviting, staff were courteous.

The hotel is brand-new and overall clean. Location is perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Smoky Mountain. Excellent room, comfortable beds and huge bathroom.

I loved my time in this property. In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was quirky place to stay with first-rate service. Got modest, great room where the ac was located. Staff greeted everyone and were eager to help. There also was very convenient parking and well maintained pool.

Reasonably priced location and updated absolutely fabulous room. Soft beds, microwave, hairdryer and closet space in the room. Gorgeous views all around. The staff was cool, they offered a COURTEOUS service.

Very suitable for adults. It's based in the heart of the city. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from a steel observation tower. Climate control, a private safe and a coffeemaker in the room were convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed atmosphere and staff, everything was ready for our trip. Personnel was always friendly! Very gorgeous hotel, very close to the downtown, 5 minutes' walk. It's within short walking distance to Mountain Edge Grill, good for a little drink.

Not far from many tourist places and 10 mins on foot from anakeesta. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was situated a few steps away from cades cove. An indoor swimming pool available in the venue. Honestly nothing to complain about...
